- I saw a pair of earrings I loved, but they sold out. Will they be restocked?
- Unless specifically stated within the item's product description (*Restock Available*) a product will more than likely not be restocked. Most of the earrings I create are unique designs that cannot be replicated, so while similar styles may be made available, the specific variations will not.
- Because of this I encourage you to secure pairs you love when you see them so that you can enjoy the one of a kind pair for yourself!
- How often are earrings restocked?
- On average restocks should occur either once a week or every other week, depending on how quickly they are selling.
- What size are the earrings?
- For best reference, the dimensions of the card stock every pair of earrings is displayed on in their pictures is 3.5 x 2.4 inches.
- Studs: ~.25 - .75 inch
- Small Hanging: ~1 inch
- Regular Hanging: ~1.25 - 2 inches
- Multi Tier: ~1.75 - 2.50 inches
- Are polymer clay earrings heavy?
- Not at all! Polymer clay earrings are very light, the heaviest earrings I sell are still only about 0.5 oz each.
- How do I take care of my polymer clay earrings?
- Do not shower with or swim with polymer clay earrings.
- Avoid using chemicals, solvents, perfume, lotions, jewelry cleaners, or any aerosol products near the earrings as this could damage them.
- When not in use, store polymer clay jewelry in a box or a separate compartment that is dry and safe to avoid scratches.
- Avoid bending or dropping your earrings as they may break.
- Avoid contact with alcohol as it may dissolve the polymer clay.
- To clean, lightly wipe with a lint-free jewelry cloth.
- Why can't I combine a discount code with an ongoing sale?
- Due to Shopify's policy, "Customers won't be able to enter a code if an automated discount is already applied at checkout."
- As someone who frequently tries to stack as many discounts as possibly I will stay up to date on this policy in hopes Shopify changes it in the future.
