Shipping policy

Orders on average take 1-3 business days to process and prepare for shipping. Custom orders may be subject to longer processing times.

Customer may chose to have their item/s shipped through Standard Shipping (USPS/ UPS) or local delivery (if delivery location is within the local range.)

Due to unforeseen issues/delays, once an order is delivered to the appropriate shipping hub Art by Burd no longer has any control over the shipping process and any issues that may arise should be taken up with the corresponding shipping service. 

With the holiday season fast approaching shipping timelines and prices are expected to both increase. Place orders with ample time to ensure their delivery on time.
